Bacon Broccoli Cornbread
- 2 jiffy corn muffin mixes
- 1 can cream corn
- 1/2 soup can of water
- 1 med. onion, diced small
- 1 lb. bag frozen broccoli, thawed
- 5 strips bacon, cooked and chopped Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a greased 9X13 pan. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
